1. Services Offered: Healing with Magic offers various services, including but not limited to energy healing and vibrational essences. These services are intended to support the overall well-being of your animal companion or yourself and are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian.

2. Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online or by email. Please provide accurate information when booking your appointment, including your animal's name, age, breed, and any relevant health information's requested

3. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. 

5. Liability: Healing with Magic is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse reaction that may occur as a result of any of the services provided. We make no guarantees or promises regarding the outcome of our services, as each animal is unique and responds differently.

6. Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will keep all information shared during your appointment confidential, except in cases where we are required by law to disclose such information.

7. Communication: We welcome open communication with our clients and encourage you to ask any questions or express any concerns you may have. We will do our best to respond to all inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Scope of Practice: Healing with Magic are not licensed veterinarians and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Our services are intended to complement traditional veterinary care and should not be considered a substitute for it.
